The 48.23kWh High Power Lithium Battery Pack is built with 314Ah LiFePO4 cells in a 1P48S high-voltage configuration, delivering exceptional performance with a nominal capacity of 52.24kWh (@25°C±2). 

Designed as a long-cycle LiFePO4 module with over 8,000 cycles, this liquid-cooled ESS battery module ensures superior thermal stability, high efficiency, and extended lifespan. 

With an IP67 protection rating, it provides reliable safety and durability for demanding industrial and commercial energy storage applications.

Product Features and Advantages

IP67 Protection

Use lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO4) cells with high thermal stability. Thermal insulation material between battery cells, preventing heat diffusion at temperatures up to 1000°C. Fine-tuned fire safety design with internal fire suppression. IP67 high safety protection level.

Wide Operating Range

Functions in extreme environments with a temperature range of -30°C to 50°C and altitudes up to 3000m. Optimized flow channel design through thermal simulation ensures a temperature difference of less than 3°C within a single pack, ensuring cell stability and reliability.

Efficient Cooling

Modular design to match container and cabinet energy storage. Modular high energy density design for smaller size and lighter weight. Liquid-cooling system keeps temperature variance within ≤3°C for stable performance. 

Long Cycle Life

Over 8000 cycles at 70% SOH, ensuring more than 15 years of reliable service. Supports parallel connections via CTP technology to meet growing energy needs.
